Derria’s Closet is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged mail. Select Route Insured Tracking to ensure your package.

If your package is not received, but shows delivered contact your local USPS. You must report non receipt of package to USPS within 30 days of the purchase date. 

Derria’s Closet is not responsible for entering customers addresses. If you place and order with an incorrect address and your package is shipped and returned. The customer is responsible for paying a reshipping fee  to have the item reshipped to the correct address.
